Vietnam Continues to Have a Shortage of Labor!
Vietnam continues to have a shortage of labor! The Standing Committee of Vietnam's National Assembly on March 23 passed a resolution on overtime hours for employees in a bid to ease the persistent labor shortage and promote stable economic development.
Since the second half of 2021, due to the infection the number of covein-19 proliferated, the Vietnamese government repeatedly sealing city to cease, and led to numerous furniture manufacturing industry to a standstill , because the government lifted the blockade disease, but appear the resignation of millions of workers from factory, cause the furniture manufacturing in labor shortage and to a standstill again .
On the one hand, it has become a global furniture exporter, domestic clusters have many furniture factories .On the other hand,furniture industry belongs to the labor-intensive industry, which requires a lot of labor to ensure the factory normal operation .
Vietnam is widespread Labour shortages, especially in the furniture industry, furniture factory personnel gap is very large.
At present, most furniture factories in Vietnam have fully resumed operation and are overloaded to handle a large backlog of furniture orders, but labor shortages are still constraining the development of the furniture industry.
